VB35
ALL SYSTEMS CLEANER
VB35 can be used in a variety of systems, such as: fuel systems (Gasoline, Diesel, LPG), engine, automatic transmission, power steering, differential and manual gear, brake, A/C, etc.
A) Injector and fuel line cleaning
Cleaning is possible regardless of the type of fuel system, including gasoline, diesel and LPG systems, using dedicated equipment and tools. VB35 helps remove impurities from fuel lines and carbon deposits from the inside and outside of injectors.
B) Water/moisture elimination
It breaks down water and moisture into microscopic particles and, together with EP lubricating components, helps remove moisture from the system during the cleaning process.
C) Anti freeze protection (enhance cloud point)
By managing water and moisture in the fuel system, VB35 helps prevent freezing and supports smooth operation and easier starting at low temperatures.
D) Lubrication cleaning – oil flush
It cleans and disperses sludge and carbon deposits in the engine oil line, so that it mixes well with the old oil. It also includes rubber restoration function.
E) Manual transmission, ABS, power steering
Disperses moisture and sediment accumulated in the line. Add 350ml of VB35 for every 4-6 liters of oil. After running it for about 10 minutes or more, drain it and replace it with new oil.
F) Automatic transmission
Add 350ml of VB35 per 10 liters of ATF/CVT/DSG/DCT. Drive the vehicle for at least 10 minutes, and use all gears, then change oil and filter.
G) Cleaning cooling system
It is used to remove oil or grease from the cooling line.
H) Cleaning FAP/DPF filter and catalytic converter
It removes the soot that is blocking the FAP/DPF or the three-way catalyst. Remove the filter from the vehicle, mix a bucket with 175ml of VB35 and 1.5L of water and pour it on the front of the filter. Shake it. (The longer you do it, the better.) Shake well, then drain it, again mix 175ml of VB35 with 1.5L of water, and pour it on the back of the filter, and shake for 30 minutes. After draining, rinse with clean water.
I) Cleaning air conditioner
VB35 removes moisture from the air conditioner line. Add 50-100ml of VB35 into the low pressure line of the air conditioner, operate the air conditioner for at least 10 minutes, and then use a recovery regenerator to exchange it.

By cleaning/restoring the compression with VB35, along with cleaning/optimizing the injection with VB01, cleaning/reopening the air intake with VB45, and cleaning/lightening the turbine in the exhaust with VB45.
How can I eliminate moisture and other deposits from the gas circuit on the air conditioning?
Inject 50ml of VB35 into the low pressure circuit, run the system for about 10 minutes at maximum col, eliminate and replace all the refrigerant containing the dissolved deposits.

With VB35, VB01 and VB45, they don’t burn easily, and thus have more time to dissolve the deposits in the combustions chambers and furthermore to also clean the components of the exhaust.

Use VB35 with dedicated equipment and tools to clean the fuel system and injection system. VB35 helps manage water, moisture and deposits accumulated inside the system.

Do any of Smog Doctor products contain a FAP/DPF additive?
No, the FAP/DPF additives are meant to prevent clogging of the filter, but if it is too clogged, and the engine still runs, use VB45; if the engine is not running, use VB35.
How can I clean CRT-Converter?
Fill the CRT with the mixture of 5% of VB35 and 95% H2O (1 liter VB35 and 19 liters of water), give 8 hours of time to dissolve and eliminate the deposits of soot and/or oil and then flush with water, never with high pressure cleaners.
How can I clean the FAP/DPF filter?
If the engine runs: Spray VB45 directly in the filter and force a regeneration.
If the engine doesn’t run: Dismount the filter and fill it with VB35 and water.
Do I have to replace the engine oil filter after cleaning with VB35?
Yes. The filter will be cleaned also by VB35, which will liquefy all the dirt, but the hard particles like metals will be still trapped by the filter.
What happens to the water filter when I clean the system with VB35?
The filter will be cleaned, and the water will be split into microscopic drops covered with lubricants and then taken to the combustion chamber where they will be eliminated. However, it is wise to replace the filter according to maintenance schedule.
What happens to the LPG-filter when I clean the system with VB35?
The filter will be cleaned. If possible, look inside the filter before cleaning with VB35 and look again after cleaning. The filter will appear totally clean. However, it is recommended to replace the filter according to the maintenance schedule.
Does VB35 reduce friction?
Yes, VB35 and VB01 reduce friction as they both contain a protecting lubricant in their formula. Unfortunately, VB45 doesn’t offer this function.
Are Smog Doctor products compatible with seals and gaskets?
VB35 and VB01 are 100% compatible with the Viton-seals and gaskets of the fuel injection systems from any kind of gasoline, diesel, LPG, and Methane engines. VB35 is 100% compatible with seals and gaskets of all oil systems.
Are Smog Doctor products recommended for gasoline engines?
VB01 is compatible with all kinds of gasoline engines, VB35 with almost all, except for carburetor engines.
How can I clean the oil line of a gearbox?
Add VB35 to the gear oil/fluid, drive the vehicle for about 10 minutes using all the gears and then replace oil and filter.

Can I use Smog Doctor products on old vehicles?
Yes. VB01 can be used on various types of vehicles as part of a fuel-system cleaning treatment using dedicated equipment.
VB35 can also be added into the engine oil, except when the vehicle has severely worn piston rings and/or oval cylinders.
What can I do to reduce oil consumption?
Clean the piston rings with VB35. In case the piston rings are worn-out or the cylinders are oval, cleaning of the engine lubricating system will increase the oil consumption and therefore cleaning is recommended only for engines which are dirty and not too worn.
Is it always recommended to clean the piston rings?
If the cylinders didn’t get oval and the piston rings aren’t worn out, it is always recommended to clean the lubricating system in order to optimize the compression and to prevent the oil getting into the combustion chamber and the combustion gasses getting into the oil.
How can I restore the power of the engine?
By optimizing/cleaning the compression with VB35 in the engine oil, cleaning/optimizing the injection and fuel system with VB01 using dedicated equipment, and spraying VB45 into the air intake to clean and optimize the VGT-Turbine.

No, it emulsifies water and eliminates it (which can prevent rust from appear), also dissolves deposits of oil, fat, greases, bitumen, sludge, lacquers, gums, but does not eliminate rust.

No. VB35 does not remove existing rust.
However, during fuel-system cleaning, it helps dissolve deposits caused by fuel degradation and manage water/moisture that may contribute to corrosion.
